They are not architectural drawings, blueprints, or technical documents. Final measurements, structural requirements, and installation details must be verified and confirmed in the field.
Procurement Policy To maintain quality control, ensure material compatibility, and streamline construction, Sprague Construction LLC serves as the exclusive purchasing agent for all items used in the build. This includes all permanent fixtures, plumbing fixtures (toilets, sinks, tubs, faucets), hard‑wired lighting, cabinetry and hardware, tile, flooring, wall coverings, and any specialty materials required for construction. Clients are responsible for selecting the finishes and materials they want; once selections are finalized, Sprague manages ordering, scheduling, and coordination to ensure everything arrives correctly and is ready for installation.
Project Pricing Notes Pricing is based on standard room sizes and typical layouts. If your project includes unique configurations—such as a smaller dining area connected to a living room—we will provide a tailored quote once the layout is reviewed. If your project requires additional planning time or revisions beyond the initial scope, expanded hours can be added as needed. Material and furniture costs are not included in project pricing.
