This project was all about balancing timeless character with modern luxury, turning a tired, functional room into a sophisticated home spa. This serves as the perfect reminder that square footage doesn't limit style. Even the most compact footprint can be reimagined into a fantastic, high-end retreat when you lead with thoughtful design and premium materials. The centerpiece of this transformation is the new deep-soaking tub. We swapped out the original, dated unit for a silhouette designed specifically for those "do not disturb" moments. To give the room a definitive personality, we started from the ground up: We installed a bold, patterned tile floor that serves as the room's visual anchor. It adds a layer of artistry and "wow factor" the moment you step through the door. The walls received a multi-textured upgrade. We paired classic beadboard wainscoting with crisp, white subway tile for a look that feels both classic and high-end. Within the shower, a custom-built niche keeps essentials organized and off the ledge, maintaining the room's clean lines.

A great renovation lives in the details. To complete the overhaul, we integrated premium fixtures and thoughtful storage solutions: A brand-new vanity and high-efficiency toilet provide a fresh, clean start. We installed a recessed medicine cabinet, offering plenty of hidden space for toiletries without cluttering the visual landscape. The space is tied together with a shower system and a charming porcelain doorknob - a small, vintage-inspired detail that adds a touch of soul to the modern build.
