Deck Replacement

It was definitely time for a refresh for this old unsafe and rotten deck  We dug down for new footings, and wouldn't you know it, we hit solid ledge on all three piers. Talk about a strong foundation! We made the new deck a bit bigger this time around, so the homeowner can relax with a table and chairs and enjoy their coffee in comfort. We also added a layer of crushed stone underneath to keep things dry and prevent any future problems. While we were at it, we also installed some new siding and trim for the house – the whole place looks spiffed up now!
